Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) to spread the festive spirit far and wide!

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item isn’t perfect, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Baby Bibs. All sales of these items are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the address provided. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. It may then take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process outlined above. Once your return is received and processed, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
