Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
Please Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products: Baby Bibs. All sales of these items are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. It may then take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process. Once your return is received, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
